There are some nights when I’ve got a big pot of sauce on the stove, meatballs in the oven, and am tossing a salad in catalina dressing when I think about my great grandmother. She left us a few years ago but I think about her often, especially as I share my time in the kitchen with my son. In honor of my Gramps birthday yesterday, here is a recipe that I have tried to perfect to taste like her’s and I’ve gotten it fairly close. It’s a great breakfast treat or afternoon snack, and it always reminds me of her 🙂 Here is Grandma Zam’s Banana Jelly Muffins.
